-October saw a slight rebound in sales compared to September. Typical for this time of year as most are busy in September returning from summer vacation and settling in for the new school year. -The Bank of Canada put a hold on the Policy Interest Rate which was felt with a sigh of relief and motivation for some to act with buying and selling. -The insignificant drop in listings and increase in sales can be contributed to an increase in buyers motivation, sellers expectations becoming more in line with reality and making modest price adjustments to decrease days on market stalemate. -Opportunities still exist for buyers and sellers.
