July 2024 Market Stats

For the first time in months, we're seeing a positive light at the end of the tunnel.
The market has provided 1291 listings which hasn't been seen in 2024 and naturally that will produce more sales.
Approx 10% of the increased # of listings from June 2024 resulted in net sales which means buyers (pending their requirements) still have a lot of choice!
There is a continued sense that buyers are waiting for more rate reductions which IS suspected to continue through spring of 2025.
It is important to talk with your professional realtor of choice on the timing of that transition.
