March 2025 Market Report As we entered the spring market, the increase in sales from last month is reflective of the traditional seasonal trend. Gains were marginal yet positive.
 The overall average sale price increased, as did the number of units and average sale price for the top four most popular styles of homes.
 Another 0.25% rate cut by the Bank of Canada on March 12th helped fuel sales and provide optimism.
 Buyers and investors are continuing to find success, and this will continue as inventory levels remain or increase.
 As we are in times of economic uncertainty, we need to remember that things will get better again as they always have. And it is times like these that present great opportunities.
